ATR244 Process and temperature controller sets the highest standards in a discreet single loop controller. It stands out with the bright 2 line display which ensures optimal visibility and increased level of information for the operator with new scrolling Help function.Availabile models include dual analogue input and dual analogue output for advanced applications such as cascade loops, remote setpoint input & output. So it is possible to achieve two separate heating/cooling PID control loops in the one instrument or to process mathematical operations between two input values. The outputs can be selected as command, multiple alarm modes, analogue retransmission. Serial communication is available via RS485 with Modbus RTU/Slave protocol.
Programming is possible by NFC/RFID technology with dedicated App MyPixsys for Android smartphones. Power is not required for this function, allowing quick set-up/updates on site. Set up files can be saved and emailed

Model ATR244-12ABC features include wide range power supply 24-240 VAC/DC with 12VDC transmitter powerUniversal input, J, N, R, S, T, K type thermocouple, mV, 0-10V, 4-20mA, potentiometer, NTC and PTC thermocouples. Universal outputs 0-10V, 4-20mA, relay, SSR & servo valve drive for modulating valves (using 2 relays) for control or re-transmission where applicable There is a 3 segment program function for kiln applications with digital input for start, self tune & multiple alarm types with automatic or manual reset.
ATR244-12ABC-T has all the features of the ATR244-12ABC with additional Modbus RTU slave port which is provided in place of one of the digital inputs
ATR244-23ABC-T also has Modbus RTU and an additional board which provides a second analogue input and a second analogue output. A third relay output is available.Multiple functions can be acheived with both the input and output, such as remote setpoint input, setpoint or PV retransmission, maths functions between input 1 and input 2 or independant dual loop control in one instrument
